Carlo’s journey with Bvlgari began at Bvlgari Hotel Milano, where he quickly stood out for his leadership and operational finesse. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in shaping Bvlgari’s hospitality ethos, particularly in the Food & Beverage division, leading pre-opening projects, fine-tuning service standards, and ensuring that each new Bvlgari property reflects the brand’s timeless elegance and modern sophistication. His path has taken him from Milan to Dubai and Rome, with his most recent roles being Director of F&B at Bvlgari Resort Dubai and Hotel Manager at the recently opened Bvlgari Hotel Roma.
Now in Bali, Carlo is set to guide the iconic clifftop resort with a vision that honors both Bvlgari’s tradition of excellence and Bali’s deep-rooted culture of hospitality. “My commitment is to further position Bvlgari Resort Bali as a benchmark of luxury in Southeast Asia,” he shared. “This means creating personalized guest experiences, elevating our product and service standards, and investing in passionate local talents.
