“Scent has the ability to anchor us, to ground and transport us at the same time,” shares founder Dino Lim. “We created Umah to share that quiet magic in a way that’s warm, thoughtful, and true to the spirit of Bali”
True to its name – Umah means “home” in Balinese – the store exudes warmth and care. Natural textures meet contemporary form, guiding you through an olfactory journey that’s as grounding as it is uplifting. Guests can also step into Umah’s Fragrance Workshop Studio, where hands-on classes in candle-making, room spray blending, and perfumery invite a more personal exploration of scent and creativity.
The flagship also nods to sustainability: guests are encouraged to return used candle jars for refill or upcycling, making each act of purchase a small but meaningful contribution to mindful living.
The official launch kicks off on 1 August 2025, from 4PM onwards, with light canapés, beverages, and exclusive in-store experiences to mark the occasion.
