Jumeirah Bali is welcoming the Lunar New Year with a celebration rooted in balance, tradition, and togetherness. Titled A Harmonious Lunar Season, the resort’s Year of the Horse program unfolds from 16 to 18 February 2026, inviting families and loved ones to slow down and mark the new year through thoughtful dining, cultural expression, and moments of wellbeing in its serene Uluwatu setting.
Inspired by the symbolism of harmony and renewal, the celebration weaves together meaningful rituals and shared experiences across the resort. This Lunar season also introduces a special cultural collaboration with Chinese paper artist Jackie Wen, whose contemporary interpretation of traditional paper-cut art brings a refined visual layer to the festivities. The collaboration features an exclusive collection of Lunar red envelopes and gift boxes, available at selected Jumeirah destinations, including Jumeirah Bali.
The culinary program takes center stage on Lunar New Year’s Eve, with Harmony of Flavours at Segaran Dining Terrace on 16 February. Guests are invited to gather for a festive buffet dinner paired with the traditional Yee Sang ritual, symbolizing prosperity and unity as the Year of the Horse begins. The following morning, 17 February, opens with a traditional lion dance, while Lunar-inspired dining continues throughout 17 and 18 February. A festive breakfast corner sets the tone for the day, followed by lunch and dinner offerings featuring Lunar à la carte dishes alongside curated seafood platters.
Beyond dining, the season extends into wellness with Harmony of Balance and Clarity at Talise Spa. Rooted in Eastern philosophy, this 120-minute Lunar New Year ritual centers on Balinese acupressure massage, complemented by an express facial or body scrub. Designed to encourage energetic alignment and clarity, the experience offers a grounding way to begin the year with intention.
