At Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, a new dining experience is leaning into the feeling of gathering around one table, with the kitchen at the center of it all. Called Mama’s Table, the concept brings a private, live-cooked Italian dinner to Cucina, designed for guests who want something more personal than a standard restaurant night.

The setting is intentionally intimate, capped at 15 guests seated around a shared table while Chef Patrizia prepares each course in front of the room. It starts with a welcome drink and canapés served on the terrace, easing the evening in before guests move into the private dining area. From there, the open-kitchen format becomes part of the experience. Guests can watch techniques up close, follow the pacing of each dish, and enjoy the sensory build as the meal unfolds.

The menu is structured as a complete Italian journey, with courses that may include seafood and risotto, handmade pasta, and slow-cooked meats, finished with the kind of quiet, home-kitchen warmth the concept is built around. The tone is interactive without feeling formal, with guests invited to ask questions and connect with the craft behind each plate.

Mama’s Table is available daily by advance reservation, priced at IDR 1,350,000++ per person.
