Jimbaran, April 2026 – Bringing together commercial expertise, cultural insight, and a genuine passion for hospitality, Harry joins the resort with more than a decade of experience across Bali’s luxury hotel landscape, particularly within the prestigious Nusa Dua enclave. He is widely recognized for building strong, long-term partnerships, nurturing high-performing teams, and driving sustainable revenue growth in an ever-evolving market. His leadership style balances strategic precision with an intuitive understanding of guest journeys, ensuring commercial success while preserving the authentic essence of the destination.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Tourism in Bali, Harry maintains a deep connection to the island and its traditions. This strong local perspective,combined with extensive global commercial exposure, has enabled him to lead successfully through transformative periods, including major hotel renovations and the post-pandemic recovery. Throughout these phases, he has strengthened brand positioning while consistently exceeding performance targets.

Prior to joining InterContinental Bali Resort, Harry held senior commercial leadership roles with leading international brands, most recently at Conrad Bali. His career is marked by notable achievements in revenue optimization, luxury segment development, and innovative market strategies that have set new benchmarks in performance.

“I am extremely excited to begin this journey with such an iconic resort and to further position Jimbaran as a distinguished leisure and MICE destination, supported by the exceptional Jimbaran Convention Center,” said Harry Purnama.
