rather than excess. The menu feels thoughtful and familiar, translating classic Italian
preparations into dishes suited for relaxed midday dining by the sea.
The brunch journey begins with savory plates that are generous yet composed. A focaccina al
tonno arrives layered with silky tuna tartare, lime zest, and stracciatella, finished with the subtle
crunch of gomasio. House-made spaghetti alla vaccinara follows, rich and comforting, featuring
wagyu tokusen oxtail ragout coated in pecorino romano DOP cheese sauce. Parmigiana di
melanzane rounds out the savory selection, pairing baked eggplant with Grana Padano cheese
sauce and basil cream – nostalgic flavors presented with modern restraint.
