The event kicked off on 25 February 2025 with a special launch lunch, where guests not only indulged in Chef Ragil’s masterfully crafted dishes but also witnessed the Bali debut of his book, “Pusaka Rasa Nusantara”. For two consecutive Tuesday nights, Suku Restaurant transformed into a gastronomic playground featuring a special stall dedicated to signature dishes from “Pusaka Rasa Nusantara”. Guests were treated to Sate Biu, a bold and smoky take on Indonesia’s beloved satay, while the Ayam Garang Asem delighted palates with its tangy and aromatic flavors, perfectly balancing sweetness and spice. To end on a high note, the Diniyohu Sago Pudding delivered a rich, velvety indulgence, offering a taste of Indonesia’s sweetest traditions. With Conrad Bali’s culinary masterminds—Chef Semawan, Chef Frendi, and Chef Ragil himself—behind the scenes, every plate was a celebration of technique, tradition, and top-tier flavors.
