Sira Village Bali: A New Sunset-Facing Lifestyle Destination Arrives on the Island

Bali has never been short of beautiful places to spend an afternoon, but a new destination opening this July is set to offer something entirely different. Introducing Sira Village – Grand Outlet Bali, an expansive waterfront lifestyle destination that promises to redefine the island’s shopping scene while embracing the laid-back rhythm of Bali living.
Opening on 31 July 2026 within the Kura Kura Bali Special Economic Zone, Sira Village brings together more than 100 international fashion and lifestyle brands in what will become Bali’s first and largest outlet village. Conveniently located just 20 minutes from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, the destination is designed to be easily accessible for both travellers and residents seeking a day by the water.

But unlike a conventional shopping centre, Sira Village aims to create an experience that extends well beyond retail. The open-air development has been thoughtfully designed around Bali’s coastal setting, inviting visitors to stroll through curated boutiques before lingering over sunset cocktails, waterfront dining, and cultural performances against a backdrop of ocean views and golden skies.
Among the brands set to open are globally recognised names including Marc Jacobs, Coach, BOSS, Kate Spade, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Adidas, Puma, and Nike. The destination will also welcome several notable newcomers, including Kinokuniya’s first Bali store and the Indonesian debut of American fashion label Hazelwood. For those looking to discover local creativity, Alun-Alun Indonesia will showcase Indonesian craftsmanship, homegrown labels, and Bali-based brands.

Food and lifestyle experiences will play an equally important role. Visitors can look forward to ISOLA, a Mediterranean-inspired dining and lifestyle venue complete with rooftop pools, while live cultural programming and art activations are expected to bring a strong sense of place to the destination.
Sustainability remains central to the project’s vision, with Sira Village currently progressing towards Green Mark Gold certification. The development also embraces a “Second Life” philosophy, encouraging more conscious consumption through year-round outlet retail.
As Bali continues to evolve as a global lifestyle destination, Sira Village arrives as more than just a place to shop. It is poised to become a new gathering point where fashion, food, culture, and community meet by the sea—just in time for sunset.
