Launching at Kwee Zeen Restaurant, The Spice Route is a new weekly dining experience that celebrates the bold flavours, rich culinary traditions, and aromatic spices that have shaped some of Asia's most beloved cuisines. Inspired by the region's diverse food heritage, the experience brings together an array of dishes that showcase both familiar favourites and timeless classics, all presented with a contemporary twist.
Designed as an immersive dining experience rather than a conventional buffet, The Spice Route transforms Kwee Zeen into a lively culinary marketplace where guests can explore flavours from across the continent. Fragrant curries, delicate dim sum, and an array of Asian-inspired dishes are prepared through interactive live cooking stations, allowing diners to watch chefs in action as they bring each recipe to life. The result is an atmosphere that feels energetic, engaging, and undeniably appetising.
Of course, no Bali night out is complete without a little entertainment. Throughout the evening, contemporary dance performances add another layer to the experience, bringing movement, colour, and energy to the restaurant. Available every Tuesday from 6pm to 10.30pm, The Spice Route is priced at IDR 588,000++ per person, with a special rate of IDR 294,000++ for children aged six to 12 years.
