At its heart, Latin Hermanos is about brotherhood through food. Three chefs, each carrying the heritage of their homeland, unite in Bali to create a culinary dialogue across continents. From Peru, Chef Juan Carlos Eyzaguirre infuses the menu with the bright citrus of ceviche, the grains of the Andes, and the playful energy of Lima’s street food. From Mexico, Chef Silverio Martínez adds the fire of chilies and the heart of fiesta traditions. From Indonesia, Chef Rangga Safari grounds the experience with Bali’s timeless spices, local wisdom, and coastal abundance. Together, they craft a series of flavors that is as diverse as it is harmonious.
The weekend opens on Saturday, 20 September, with Sabores de la Calle at &More by Sheraton. From 5 to 9 PM, the beachfront space transforms into a lively Latin street market, where smoky anticuchos meet sambal, babi guling finds a Latin twist, and arepas come with tropical flair. With clay-cup margaritas in hand and live Latin bands setting the sunset stage, the night flows into a fiesta of dancing, flavor, and laughter.
On Sunday, 21 September, the celebration continues with Fusión Festiva Brunch at Daily Social, from 12 PM to 3:30 PM. Here, the energy softens into a sunlit gathering, where tamarillo-glazed tamales, sambal ceviche, and lobster anticucho with bumbu kuning are paired with frozen margaritas and pours from a Frida Kahlo wine bar. Afro-Latin grooves and painted sangria crates complete the scene, making it more than just a brunch – it is a joyful communion of music, flavor, and artistry.
