Known as one of the island’s renowned Sunday brunches, Cucina Brunch sets the tone with an impressive selection inspired by Italian, Spanish, French and Asian cuisines. The experience brings fresh seafood, freshly opened oysters served tableside, cured meats and homemade pastas made with fresh local ingredients to the table, followed by an abundant selection of cheeses and a playful dessert finale.
There is plenty happening beyond the plate, too. Throughout brunch, guests can enjoy live music and a touch of magic with a roaming magician, while the dessert experience gets its own moment in the spotlight with a dessert ballerina. Families can also look forward to a dedicated dessert room and a special kids’ buffet section, adding an extra layer of fun for younger diners while parents take their time over the Sunday feast.
Celebrating a birthday? Cucina Brunch also makes the occasion a little sweeter. Guests celebrating their special day can request a complimentary birthday cake, along with a surprise from the Sofitel team to make the celebration feel even more memorable.
But the Sunday experience does not end when brunch does. From 3pm to 5pm, guests can make their way to Toya Beach Bar & Grill for Seaside Delight, swapping the elegant brunch setting for the relaxed atmosphere of the beach. The experience invites guests to unwind, enjoy the tropical surroundings and ease into a sundown moment by the sea.
The package starts from IDR 888,000++ per adult and includes the Cucina Brunch experience, the Seaside Delight at Toya Beach Bar & Grill and complimentary access to the resort’s swimming pool.
