Lookout Coffee Shop Finds a New Rhythm in Uluwatu

Lookout Coffee Shop Finds a New Rhythm in Uluwatu

There is something about Uluwatu that naturally encourages you to slow down. At Lookout Coffee Shop, the ocean-facing venue at Radisson Blu Resort & Villas Bali Uluwatu, that laid-back spirit now comes with a fresh new concept designed to follow the rhythm of the day.

Previously known as Lookout Bar, the space has been reimagined as a relaxed all-day coffee and dining destination, open daily from 7am to 7pm. The idea is simple: somewhere to settle in with a morning coffee, meet friends over something light, work remotely with an ocean view, or pause between adventures around the Bukit.

Your Uluwatu coffee stop, from morning to sunset

The refreshed menu keeps things light, fresh and varied. Specialty coffee sits alongside TWG tea, fresh juices, smoothies, healthy drinks, iced beverages and matcha creations, while the food selection moves from handcrafted pastries and artisan cakes to sandwiches, healthy bowls, salads, snacks and light meals.

It is the kind of menu that makes sense for Uluwatu life — whether you are after a proper breakfast, a post-beach pick-me-up or simply somewhere to grab a drink and take in the view.

And there is plenty of reason to linger. With its panoramic outlook over the Indian Ocean, Lookout Coffee Shop makes the most of its spectacular setting, bringing together coffee, conscious cuisine and easygoing dining in one spot.

Meet NATURA

Among the new concept’s highlights is NATURA, a signature dessert created by in-house Pastry Chef Sugihartono. Inspired by the idea of returning to nature, the dessert combines raw chocolate mousse made with local Indonesian chocolate and ripe avocado for a naturally smooth and creamy texture.

There is a mindful twist, too. NATURA is 100% vegan and gluten-free, with no refined sugar, while being prepared fresh in small batches. It is an indulgence that takes a more considered approach, without losing sight of what makes dessert enjoyable in the first place: flavour.

Ultimately, the new Lookout Coffee Shop feels less like a traditional hotel coffee shop and more like a flexible Uluwatu hangout — one that can accommodate whatever the day calls for. Coffee before the beach, lunch with a view, an afternoon matcha or a sweet treat as the sun begins to dip; there is no particular way to do it.

Just come as you are, order something good, and look out towards the ocean.
