Three Days to Move, Mind and Reconnect at Jumeirah Bali

Set against the tranquil landscape of Uluwatu, Jumeirah Bali welcomed World Wellness Weekend 2026 with a three-day programme created in collaboration with SOOM Wellness. From 18 to 20 September, in-house guests, invited media partners and members of Bali’s wellness community came together for a restorative weekend centred around mindful movement, conscious breathing, reflection and connection.
Guided by the themes of Move, Mind and Reconnect, the programme unfolded across Trowulan, the Vitality Pool and the resort’s Herb Garden, with each setting offering its own approach to wellbeing. Rather than packing the weekend with back-to-back activities, the experience invited guests to slow down and become more attuned to the body, the senses and the natural surroundings.

The journey began with Mat Pilates and Sound Healing led by SOOM Wellness, pairing intentional movement with moments of stillness. An Aromatherapy and Journaling session followed, encouraging guests to turn inward through scent, sensory awareness and personal reflection.
At the Vitality Pool, the pace shifted towards breath and stillness. Pranayama and breathwork guided participants through conscious breathing, accompanied by the resonant tones of singing bowls. The morning came to a gentle close with herbal tea, creating a quiet pause for reflection before the day continued.
For the final chapter, wellness moved outdoors with Morning Yoga and Sound Healing in the Herb Garden. Gentle movement, breathwork and resonant sounds unfolded among the resort’s greenery, followed by a guided Herb Garden activity that introduced guests to the plants, herbs and ingredients cultivated on the property.

More than a weekend of wellness activities, the programme offered a chance to step away from the rhythm of everyday life and reconnect with a slower, more considered pace. Between movement, mindful practices and time spent in nature, Jumeirah Bali’s World Wellness Weekend was ultimately about something beautifully simple: making space to be present — with oneself, with others and with the surroundings.
