Four Chefs, One Fire: SugarSand Ignites Seminyak with Another Four Fantastic Neighborhood Flames

Sunset sessions at SugarSand are about to get even hotter. Following the success of its first edition, the beachfront destination at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach is bringing back Four Fantastic Neighborhood Flames – Part 2, an eight-hand dinner that promises an evening where fire, flavor, and great company come together against one of Bali's most iconic sunset backdrops.
Taking place on Friday, 31 July 2026, from 5 PM to 8 PM, the one-night-only event gathers four of Bali's most respected culinary talents behind the grill. Leading the lineup is Chef Heri Riskiawan, Executive Chef of Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach, joined by Chef Chris Smith, Corporate Chef of Red Gunpowder, Chef Arief Wicaksono, Executive Chef of Woods Bali, and Chef Bayu Retno Timur, President of Bali Culinary Professionals. Each chef will showcase their own interpretation of flame-cooked cuisine, creating a menu that spans smoky seafood, premium meats, seasonal vegetables, and bold flavors inspired by their individual culinary journeys.

Rather than a traditional sit-down dinner, guests are invited to wander between live grill stations, watching every dish come to life over the flames while discovering the stories, techniques, and personalities behind each chef's creations. It's an immersive dining experience that perfectly matches SugarSand's vibrant beachfront atmosphere, where sunset views, ocean breezes, and the scent of charcoal create the ultimate recipe for an unforgettable Friday evening.
The all-you-can-eat feast is priced at IDR 500,000 net per person, with a special rate available for Bali Culinary Professionals (BCP) members. With limited seats available, early reservations are highly recommended for anyone looking to experience one of Seminyak's most exciting collaborative dining events of the season.

If your ideal Friday night involves exceptional food, beachfront sunsets, and some of Bali's finest chefs cooking over open flames, Four Fantastic Neighborhood Flames – Part 2 deserves a spot on your calendar.
